  • Cancellation Policy

    Reservation
    You can book your tickets online or on-site at least 24 hours in advance.

    Rescheduling
    You can modify your reservation time free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

    Cancellation and Refund
    Our policy is flexible, but to manage our schedule effectively, the cancellation fees are as follows:

    • More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund.
    • Between 48 and 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.
    • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.

    Exception:
    For online bookings, the refund will not include transaction fees, as these are charged by the payment processors.
