Cancellation Policy
Reservation • You can book tickets online or on-site at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling • You can modify the time of your reservation for free up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellation and Refunds Our policy is flexible, but to efficiently manage the schedule, cancellation fees are as follows: • More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund. • Between 48 and 24 hours in advance: 50% refund. • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund. Exception: • For online reservations, refunds will not include transaction fees, as they are charged by the payment processors.
