Cancellation and Refunds Our policy is flexible, but to efficiently manage the schedule, cancellation fees are as follows: • More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund. • Between 48 and 24 hours in advance: 50% refund. • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund. Exception: • For online reservations, refunds will not include transaction fees, as they are charged by the payment processors.
